A driver on a rented or attached vehicle pays daily rent whether the car moves or not, then loses a platform commission on top. The Tricity is a short-trip market — most rides are 4 to 10 km. That makes running cost per kilometre matter far more than the size or comfort of the car. CNG hatchbacks and small sedans are the workhorses for exactly this reason: the fare table does not pay you more for a bigger engine, but the pump absolutely charges you more for one.
The lowest cost per kilometre available today, and the reason most full-time Tricity drivers run one. Refuelling queues are the trade-off.

You need a vehicle you are legally entitled to carry passengers in, with a valid RC and insurance in your name. Our verification team checks the documents you upload and tells you if something is missing.
Age limits for commercial passenger vehicles are set by the regional transport authority, not by GediGoo. Check your vehicle against the current local rule before you invest in permits.
Yes, and many owner-drivers do. There are no shift timings, no daily targets and no penalty for staying offline for a week.
Cash fares stay with you as you collect them. Online fares settle to your account. Our share on cash rides accumulates as in-app dues that you clear with one tap — and if those dues build past ₹600 you will be asked to clear them before going online again, which keeps the balance from becoming a shock.
