GediGoo is a ride-hailing company built in and for the Chandigarh Tricity — Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur. It runs two apps: the GediGoo rider app for booking cabs and bike taxis, and the GediGoo Driver app for the partners who drive them. This page is about the second one.
The thing that makes GediGoo different for drivers is a single number. Most app-cab platforms deduct 25–30% of each fare. GediGoo deducts 5%, plus GST on that commission as the law requires. On a ₹200 ride GediGoo's share is ₹10 commission plus ₹1 GST on that commission, so ₹189 reaches you. A platform charging 25% leaves you ₹150 on the same ride.
Sign up with your mobile number, upload licence, RC, insurance and Aadhaar or PAN. Verification is by hand and free.
Requests are offered to the nearest available driver rather than broadcast to everyone, so an alert you receive is genuinely yours to take.
