Most app-cab platforms take 25–30% of every fare you earn. GediGoo takes 5%. Here is the exact arithmetic, with nothing rounded in our favour.
5% commission · no joining fee · no deposit · no subscription · no per-ride booking fee
On a ₹200 ride GediGoo's share is ₹10 commission plus ₹1 GST on that commission, so ₹189 reaches you. A platform charging 25% leaves you ₹150 on the same ride.
GediGoo: ₹142 to you. At 25%: ₹112. Difference — ₹30 on one short trip.
GediGoo: ₹189 to you. At 25%: ₹150. Difference — ₹39 on one trip.
GediGoo: ₹474 to you. At 25%: ₹375. Difference — ₹99 on one airport run.
Twelve ₹150 rides a day, six days a week: about ₹2,160 more in your pocket than at 25%.
Cash, UPI or card — the full fare is the starting point, and it is shown to you before you accept.
A ₹500 fare gives ₹25 commission.
₹1 on a ₹25 commission — GST is charged on our fee, not on your whole fare.
₹474 of a ₹500 fare. The app shows this split on every completed trip, so you can check it yourself.
We are not telling you that you will earn more per day than on Ola or Uber. Per ride you keep far more with GediGoo — that part is simple arithmetic and you can verify it in the app. Per day depends on how many rides exist, and a national platform has more of them today. What we can promise is that the split is honest, visible on every trip, and does not quietly change.
GediGoo charges 5% commission plus GST on that commission (as required by law) — that works out to about 95% of the fare reaching you, and we show the exact split on every ride in the app.

GediGoo is hiring driver partners right across the Chandigarh Tricity:
GediGoo charges 5% commission plus GST on that commission — on a ₹200 ride that is ₹10 + ₹1, leaving you ₹189. Large app-cab platforms in India typically deduct 25–30% of the fare.
The 5% rate is our standing commission, not a limited-time promotion, and it is shown on every trip in the app. If it ever changes, it changes in the app for everyone — there is no separate rate hidden in a contract.
Honestly: ride volume. GediGoo is a young Tricity company, so there are fewer rides on the platform today than on a national app. You keep much more per ride; the trade-off is that you may complete fewer of them while we grow.
No. Nothing stops you from staying online on more than one app and taking whichever request comes first. Many drivers start with GediGoo as a second app and shift over as local demand builds.
No joining fee, no deposit, no monthly subscription and no per-ride booking fee taken from your side. The commission plus GST on it is the whole of what GediGoo deducts.
You keep the cash in hand at the end of the trip. Our share is added to your in-app dues and you clear it with one tap whenever you like, up to the dues limit shown in the app.
