Fuel is not deducted here. That is the point of the comparison — a bike's fuel cost on that trip is a fraction of a car's, which is what closes much of the gap the fare column opens.
A two-wheeler you already own turns into income immediately. No car loan, no large insurance premium, no CNG conversion to fund.
